8th Birthday Train Cake

My son requested a train cake for his 8th birthday.  I thought Jody and I were clever in making the number "8" into a train track.  Homemade cakes challenges your creativity but it's a tradition that I have always looked forward to.

Train Cake

My son turns SIX.  My son loves trains just like his dad.  I liked the "Zach" train on this cake.

Car Cake

My son turns FOUR.  My mom made this cute race car cake with Lightening McQueen and Sally (the blue car).  You can always find a car in my 4 year olds hand.  He loves race cars.

Lightening McQueen Cake

My son turns THREE.  This boy LOVES the movie "Cars" with Lightening McQueen.  I attempted to make his birthday cake this year.  I want to carry on the tradition my mom did by making HOMEMADE cakes. 

My sons 2nd Birthday

My mom made a cake for my sons 2nd birthday.  He is a boy who LOVES hot wheels!  I love the car jump on this cake.  I'm thankful that my mom makes awesome birthday cakes for her grandchildren.

My daughters 3rd Birthday

My mom made a cute Halloween Cat Cake for my daughters 3rd birthday.  My daughter loves anything with cats on it.

My daughters 2nd Birthday Cake

My mom made my daughters 2nd birthday cake.  My mom has always made the best birthday cakes and I'm glad she can share that talent with my kids.
