Homemade Dinner Rolls

Yield: 24 rolls
Spagetti Pie
This was a recipe we got from a co-worker. It was sure delicious for dinner.
Ingredients:
4 oz uncooked spaghetti
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 C spaghetti sauce
1 C shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 C sour cream
1 egg
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, brown sausage in 10 inch skillet; drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. In medium bowl, combine sour cream, 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, and egg. Stir in cooked spaghetti. Place spaghetti mixture in 1 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Spread sausage mixture over top. Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Remove aluminum foil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6

Sour Cream Lemon Pie
This is a recipe I found on allrecipies.com. I love the light lemon flavored custard pie. This had everyone going back for seconds.
Ingredients:
1 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/2 t salt
2 C milk
3 egg yolks
1/4 C butter
1/4 C lemon juice
1 1/2 t lemon zest
1/2 C sour cream
1 (9 inch) pie crust baked
1/2 C flour
1/2 t salt
2 C milk

Directions:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir on medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat, and cook and stir 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Beat yolks slightly. Gradually stir 1 cup of mix into yolks. Return yolk mixture to saucepan, and bring to gentle boil. Cook and stir 2 more minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in butter, peel, and juice. Fold in sour cream.
Pour filling into baked pie shell, and cool. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Worst Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Ingredients:
1 C butter, melted and then cooled for at least 5 minutes
1 1/2 C light brown sugar, packed
1/2 C granulated sugar
2 eggs (room temp preferred)
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 C pure maple syrup
3 1/4 C flour
2 t cornstarch
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 C chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together melted butter and sugars.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring combined.
3. Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
5. Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients, stirring until completely combined.
6. Stir in chocolate chips
7. Cover bowl with clear wrap and allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
8. While dough is chilling, preheat oven to 350 degrees and covere cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
9. Scoop about 2-3 T cookie dough, roll into balls making them slightly taller than they are wide. place them at least 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
10. Bake about 13 minutes (edges should just be turning golden brown)
11. Allow cookies to completely cool on cookie sheet
12. Keep unbaked cookie dough in fridge while waiting to put the next batch in the oven. Don't place cookie dough on hot cookie sheet.
**Notes: You don't want your melted butter to be hot or it may melt the sugar and you will have a very runny dough.
Carmel Corn
1 C Karo Syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 C brown sugar
1/2 C butter
Boil everything for 5 minutes. Pour over 2-3 bags of popcorn.
Wonderful Cranberry Sauce
This is a recipe I received from my sister. This cranberry sauce is the best!
Ingredients:
2 C water
3/4 C sugar
1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
6 oz box of raspberry or orange jello
1 can crushed pinapple
orange zest
Directions:
Boil 5 minutes. Berries will pop and soften.
Add 6 oz box of raspberry Jello or orange Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
orange zest
Refrigerate until firm.

Sweet and Sour Chicken
This is a recipe my mom gave me from her cookbook. The sweet and sour sauce is delicious! This recipe is a keeper!
Ingredients:
4 C unsweetened pineapple juice
2 1/2 C sugar
2 C vinegar
1 1/2 C water
1 C packed brown sugar
2/3 C cornstarch
1/2 C ketchup
6 T soy sauce
2 t chicken bouillon granules
3/4 t ground ginger
3 T vegetable oil
6-7 lbs chicken, cut up
1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits
1 medium red or yellow pepper, cut up
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients; stir until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken; brown on all sides. Place in two greased 9x13 baking dishes. Pour reserved sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Ad pineapple and peppers. Bake 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Yield: 12 servings
Serve over cooked rice.
**I half the recipe for my family of 4, in which there are plenty of leftovers.
