Cornbread



I got this recipe from my mom who makes yummy cornbread.  I'm so glad I have the recipe to share with my family.

Ingredients:
3/4 C Cornmeal
1 3/4 C flour
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt
3/4 C sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 C evaporated milk
1/2 C oil

Combine dry ingredients with a spoon.
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.  Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.  Lightly mix with a spoon.  Pour into a greased 9x9 pan.  Bake 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Nice and fluffy cornbread!  Yummy!
