French Dip Sandwiches


This recipe is so delicious.  I'm so glad my friend shared it with me.
 
Ingredients:

3 to 5lb chuck, pot or rump roast
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Rosemary
2 1/4 tsp. Seasoning Salt
3 to 5 beef bouillon cubes. ( 1 tsp. bouillon for every cup of water used)
 
Hoagie rolls
 
Place in crockpot, add enough water to cover roast. Add all seasonings. Cook 24 hours ( begin cooking the night before or early in the morning of the day you wish to serve it) Serve with pasta salad or potato salad and dill pickles.
