Cooking pork chops in a crock pot on low ensures that the chops will be nice and tender. The saucy pork chops have a delicious flavor and are great served with rice and a vegi.
4 center-cut pork chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 C ketchup
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 C water
1 1/2 t dry mustard
1 T dark brown sugar
1 small yellow onion sliced.
Put pork chops in bottom of crock pot. In a medium bowl combine ketchup, salt, chili powder, water, dry mustard, and brown sugar and mix well. Pour sauce over top of pork chops. Arrange slices of onions on top of each pork chop.
Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
