Lego Cake

Lego's are a big hit in our house so it wasn't a surprise when my son requested a Lego Cake for his 9th birthday.

I frosted marshmallows for the lego tips.

I cut a cake into the lego shapes that I wanted.

Be sure to freeze the cake before you frost it.  The pieces (that had a cut side) were a bit tricky to frost due to crumbs getting in the frosting.
