Ritz Chicken

This was a recipe I received from my sister.  The chicken was simple to make and delicious to the taste.   

Ritz Chicken

Ingredients:

¼ c. sour cream

1 TBS lemon juice

1 c. ritz crackers crumbled

¼ c parmesan cheese

2 tsp basil
1/3 pkg of ranch dip seasoning

4 small chicken breasts thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sour cream and lemon juice in a pie pan.  Mix crackers, parmesan cheese and basil and ranch dip seasoning in another pie pan.  Dip chicken in the sour cream mixture and then the crumb mixture until evenly coated.  Bake on cookie sheet for 20-25 mins.
