Wheat Bread





This is a recipe from my mom who makes the best wheat bread, it's a simple recipe with yummy results.

Put 2 T yeast in 1/2 C hot water and 1/2 t sugar.
Put in a cup and let it sit, DO NOT stir.

In a bosch

5 C hot water
7 C wheat flour
Mix gradually

Combine:
2/3 C Oil
2/3 C honey
2 T salt
Then add to dough mix

Then add yeast from bowl to mixture and blend good.

Add 5-6 more cups of flour along with 1/3 C glueten (optional)

Knead on low 10 min
dough should come off side of the bowl

Grease 4 pans.

Put oil on counter- and dough on top and mix and divide into 4 pieces.

With dough in 4 pans, cover and let bread rise.

Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
