This recipe reminds me of my childhood days, my mom would make time from time to time.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 C onion, chopped
1/2 t garlic salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t beef bouillon granules
1 T ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or use magic sauce, see recipe in blog under sauce)
3/4 C milk
1 C sour cream
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté ground beef and onions. Drain fat. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, beef bouillon, ketchup, soup, and milk. Simmer 15 minutes; stir occasionally. Mix in sour cream.
Serve over wide egg noodles.
