Granola


Another great granola recipe that I had made my own adjustments to fit our taste perfectly.  

Ingredients:

3 1/2 C rolled Oats
1 C chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
1/3 C Coconut oil
1/3 C Honey
1 t vanilla
4 t maple syrup
1/4 C peanut butter


Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt coconut oil, honey, vanilla, maple syrup and peanut butter together just until melted.
Pour wet mixture into bowl and combine with dry ingredients.
Pour onto cookie sheet, I use a silpat on my cookie sheet to prevent sticking.
Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes

After granola is cool add raisins, coconut, cranberries, M&Ms, chocolate chips or whatever your heart desires to your granola mix.
